Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We currently only accept payments for deliveries to United Kingdom & Ireland customers ONLY. Payment will be made to our parent company BDK Family. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling
We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland. Standard delivery via First Class Royal Mail is charged at £10 for orders under £100 and Free P&P for orders over £100. All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents, or reference to our company. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier. SHORTAGE It is the responsibility of you to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours. INCORRECT GOODS Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items.We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems. NON DELIVERIES We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated timescales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated timescale.

We do try to alert you of all out of stock items within our site, but at times their maybe an overlap. This is a rare occurrence, but should be mentioned to avoid any disappointment when ordering.
